A. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:The client cancels at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled session.The service has not yet been delivered (e.g., session not completed, documents not submitted).In case of double charges or accidental payments, with valid proof.
No refunds will be issued for: Completed consulting sessions.No-shows or last-minute cancellations (unless due to emergencies and approved at our discretion). Work already started or delivered as part of ongoing consulting packages.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made via email or our platform at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable, depending on the situation.
